1. Our commitment
MINRAX EOOD is committed to making the Leidaro website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) where applicable.
2. Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that most content meets the standard, but some parts do not fully conform yet.
3. Accessibility measures
- Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks and labelled regions;
- Text contrast ratios aimed at WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for normal text);
- All functionality operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators;
- Text alternatives (
alt) for meaningful images; - Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% and text-only resizing;
- Consent banner controls (Accept / Decline) of equal size and prominence, reachable by keyboard and labelled for screen readers;
- No content that flashes more than three times per second.
4. Known limitations
- Some older city pages contain dense lists of route links that are cumbersome to navigate with a screen reader. We are working to improve this.
- Third-party content (e.g. Google Play badges) is outside our control, though the surrounding links carry descriptive labels.
We review accessibility on an ongoing basis and when new content is published.
5. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website or in the app, please tell us. We will respond within 14 business days and, where possible, provide the information in an accessible format.
